Placing an order
You can place an order with Kokonor by paying securely online with PayPal, by bank transfer into our account, or by sending an order form and your cheque payment by post. Follow the link on the main side menu for our downloadable and printable order form, which also contains our bank account details.
Availability
Unfortunately it is hard to keep all our items in stock at any given time and often make some of the bigger items to order. If an item is out of stock we will let you know when we can expect to have more. You can choose to wait a little longer, or cancel.

Delivery to mainland UK
Our standard delivery charge for mainland UK is £4.50 per order. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days when items are already in stock.
Delivery outside mainland UK
We are happy to fulfill overseas orders; however, we do not accept payment in any currency other than UK Sterling.
Special order deliveries
If we are making something to order, normal delivery times will not apply. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
VAT
Our prices currently exclude VAT.
Returns
We check everything before we send it to you and do our very best to ensure that our products reach the very highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way we will exchange, refund or give you a credit note. Please return the item, unused and in perfect condition, within 7 days of receipt to:

We strongly recommend you retain a 'proof of postage' from your Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Should you receive damaged goods please notify us within 48 hours of receipt (your statutory rights will not be affected.)
