All our lovely staff are from Tibet; from our photographers to our seamstresses to our web designers, we are proud to be 100% Tibetan at the core. Occasionally, we welcome creative input from volunteers from all over the world, making us a truly international concern. We are based in the beautiful hill station of Macleodganj, home to the His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
