All our lovely staff are from Tibet; from our photographers to our seamstresses to our web designer, we are proud to be 100 percent Tibetan at the core. Occasionally, we welcome creative input from volunteers from all over the world, making us a truly international concern. We currently employ 15 full-time staff and a further 20 pieceworkers who work from their homes.

We are honoured to be based in the beautiful hill station of Macleodganj, home to His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
